I love getting my cases! During the colder weather our driver knocked just to make sure we were aware that the water was there in case it freeze. The customer service team is extremely kind as well. No complaints with service at all. Can't wait to get our next delivery!
Always good service. Also love it we can drive right. They take out the used water bottles in.
I have been waiting since December 2025 for a refund and I am still waiting. It is now April. I’ve called every month since December and I get the same answer every time “We’ll look into that for you and we’ll expedite your refund” very frustrating.
Horrible company . Owes a refund to my sister wont give her the money. Run around checks in the mail same exact story for a month now.
