Terrible company with horrible communication. I’ve canceled my service forever and want these people to pick up their shit and give me my deposit back but i can’t even get a response. Horrible.
Yesterday I realized that I was going to run short of water before the next delivery date. I called customer service to see if there was a way I could get a supplemental delivery. Kristina immediately put me at ease & said that she could help. She asked if she could take a few moments to look at routes, and she came up with an alternate driver and the date of delivery. She is the best example of great customer service. Thank you Kristina! Thank you to all the delivery drivers too!
Today I spoke on the phone with Brandy B. I was having an issue with my bill and was quite upset. She called me back and took care of everything and went above and beyond. I thank her so much for her help and her understanding and her empathy. Premium Waters is the best because of people like Brandy.
Friendly, easy to work with
Water taste good and great customer service.
