Our office uses the services of Premium waters. Recently we had an issue with our dispenser. I called and they promptly came out with a new dispenser to solve the issue. We appreciate the prompt service and customer care.
Our driver Clay was great and put our order where it needed to be.
Day 194 of trying to reach these people on the phone. Do they have 1 person answering the phones? Cannot login on their website. They call you back after 4. If you miss the call and try to call back, it says they are closed. Ridiculous. Terrible business that doesn’t like to retain customers. Update 12/3/2025 - there were zero attempts made to contact me today. I had my phone with me all day. On the chance that the call was missed or didn’t go through. There were no voicemails left.
Seems like they got 1 person answering all the calls… if you call them to change your service have fun sitting on hold. You can request a callback through the automated system. But then they call you back after 4PM (the time they close) and you can’t reach them because it says they are closed. Very frustrating. I can just go to the store and buy spring water. And not deal with this mess.
