I brought 2 cases of this premium water for guests. I was ashamed of the appearance of ALL the bottles. Each water bottle labels were not glues down. The bottles were glued to each other. There were bottle labels just hanging off Every bottle. If I could give half a star rating I would. Dissatisfied customer.
This company overcharged me almost every single month. I have spent more time on the phone with their "customer service" trying to correct the billing than I care to think about. I cancelled my service and they still charged me. To this day, they still owe me $40. They keep telling me the refund is on the way, but it's been two months and no refund. Greedy company with awful service. Please look elsewhere for your own sanity. Wish I could give them zero stars.

We will reach out via email to the customer. We searched by name and do not have that name in our customer data base. We will resolve with her if we can get a response. We will clear up any issues she has and resolve payment if correct.
There isn't a low enough score for this company....but I'm forced to give it something. Over the past couple of years, there have been more inaccurate deliveries than accurate ones. For example, our Oct order was 2 cases of bottled water and no 5gal jugs.... what was delivered was 2 5gal jugs and no bottled water. We had finally had enough and cancelled their service on October 24th. They scheduled a pick up of the water cooler and remaining 3 5gal jugs for today (Nov7th).
