If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. This company took my money, lied to me and told me they picked up my equipment. For four weeks led me to believe it was on its way. Then would not return my money.i have emails, conversations being lied to then being mocked by them
Scheduled a load for a Monday Pickup, No Show. Tuesday, No Show. Wednesday, No Show.... Had to schedule another freight company and it cost me more money...
Savanna gave me several different days they where going to pic up and never showed up. Then said they would have someone drop money off to holt the product for her client till they could pick it up never happened cost me a big sale and stopped responding told me te sell it to someone else not her client
Bait and switch! Don't!!!
Don’t believe them when they say they have damage insurance.
