Brenden and Kevin arrived early with our Jacuzzi delivery and did an excellent job setting it up and explaining the details. Communication was seamless with sales and delivery. I highly recommend visiting their store in Kamloops if you're looking for a hot tub.

Sean was awesome! I was in and out and he was super up front about all costs and things I should be aware of. Didn’t feel like I was “being sold to” delivery was quick quick and install was brilliant and easy too. Sad I waited this long to walk into the doors. Glad I did tho!
Excellent service and quick turn around time. Sean was really great to deal with, he texted us throughout the whole process to ensure everything went smoothly. We asked a lot of questions and he was patient and very helpful choosing the tub that's right for us. The guys who did the install arrived right on time, I appreciated not having to wait around and they where really awesome to deal with.
