I recieved the best customer service from Richard regarding a repair. The response time was super fast to my emails and an appointment has been booked. I have always got good service here with the tub we purchased in 2021. I highly recommend Premium Pool and Spa. 10 out of 10!

I have been a client of Premium Pool and Spa for over 10 years. I bought my hot tub through Premium, 40 lb sand filtration system for my pool, natural gas heaters, and seasonal opening/closing each year, etc. Some reviews might be fluff and flippant responses to a good or bad singular experience. First of all, nobody bats 1000. However, the difference is this. Our experience with Premium Pools and Hot Tubs, starting with Bailey at the store was exceptional! We then dealt with Glenda in distribution, and had nothing but great service. The tub was delivered with no issues and actually earlier than anticipated. The 2 gentlemen, I would have gotten names, but my hubby did not, were very friendly and knew what they were doing. It was such a good experience. And we received a follow up call from Bailey to make sure our experience was the best, and it was!
