We have a Jacuzzi hot tub and above ground pool that we purchased from Premium Pool and Spa. Always excellent service with Sean and Bailey at the Kamloops store. Glenda who oversees installs (and I’m sure much more lol), was very helpful with some issues that occurred when our pool was installed. If you’re looking for a pool or hot tub, go see the fine folks at Premium Pool & Spa!
We had thought about a hot tub a for a few years and saw a pop up sale, spoke with Sean and he was great. We weren’t pushed into the purchase we felt everything was explained And answering was on point. I have recommended to our family and friends, after our purchase we have stopped by the store and always had a great experience and conversation with everyone.

Overall a great experience! Sean went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Hot tub was delivered on time, with excellent communication from beginning to end. I love, love my hot tub! I definitely recommend Premium Pool and Spa for quality products and friendly service.
Brenden and Kevin arrived early with our Jacuzzi delivery and did an excellent job setting it up and explaining the details. Communication was seamless with sales and delivery. I highly recommend visiting their store in Kamloops if you're looking for a hot tub.
