I have been a client of Premium Pool and Spa for over 10 years. Our experience with Premium Pools and Hot Tubs, starting with Bailey at the store was exceptional! We then dealt with Glenda in distribution, and had nothing but great service. The tub was delivered with no issues and actually earlier than anticipated. The 2 gentlemen, I would have gotten names, but my hubby did not, were very friendly and knew what they were doing. It was such a good experience. And we received a follow up call from Bailey to make sure our experience was the best, and it was!
Our sales person, Sean Simpson was excellent to deal with. He works out of the Kamloops office and we never even met him. My husband and I live in Princeton. We did this complete transaction without knowing or meeting Sean OR ever stepping into the PREMIUM POOL & SPA store in Kamloops. We have a Jacuzzi hot tub and above ground pool that we purchased from Premium Pool and Spa. Always excellent service with Sean and Bailey at the Kamloops store. Glenda who oversees installs (and I’m sure much more lol), was very helpful with some issues that occurred when our pool was installed. If you’re looking for a pool or hot tub, go see the fine folks at Premium Pool & Spa!
We had thought about a hot tub a for a few years and saw a pop up sale, spoke with Sean and he was great. We weren’t pushed into the purchase we felt everything was explained And answering was on point. I have recommended to our family and friends, after our purchase we have stopped by the store and always had a great experience and conversation with everyone.
