Last fall we needed to have a lamb butchered. After searching the internet for all the reviews I could find, I choose Premium Meat Co! It was the best choice ever! We had most of the lamb ground up into sausage and burger, everyone thinks its amazing! The only thing would have done different was the the French ribs, but that was an error on my part. Will definitely be coming here again to get our next 4-H spare lamb processed.
Just got off the phone with them today. We are having our beef processed here. As a small business owner myself, I must say that the Young lady I spoke to was the most pleasant, professional and kind worker I have dealt with in some time. I cant wait to get our Beef if it is cared for as well as I was on the phone. thank you.!
