Do not waste your time in this place and less in their customer service. They have horrible, idiotic, misinformed and unprofessional customer service. You call and after a long time on hold they attend to you and with little professionalism they ask you how they can help you, half of the time they do not know what to do and they put you on hold for another long time and then answer you again. I had high hopes for Premium Healthcare on 117th, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. During my first visit, I waited over an hour and 45 minutes before being seen. I chose to give the clinic a second chance, assuming it may have been an isolated incident. For my follow-up, I arrived at 7:30 AM, well before their 8:00 AM opening and was the first patient to check in.
