This place is basically a factory seeing patients. In and out as quickly as they can get you. You can never get any issue resolved quickly. They send you to have unnecessary tests and ultrasounds. Then give you attitude if you ask for the orders to have them done somewhere elseI have been having an issue with a medication since NOVEMBER that the office sent to the pharmacy with incorrect dosing instructions. Dr Hoover is a great doctor and knows her stuff. But the office is very busy and they font pay attention to your needs. All ghee care about collecting money. And they bill you things you never did. Most of the staff are very rude. Specially the front 2 girls are very rude and mean heartless and have no manners or reflect for people. The Nurses are super friendly but dr Keira’s staff are bringing her down. They are unprofessional.
