Would not recommend. Got my results after 26 hours, and almost missed my international flight but because of it. Super stressful experience and I would highly recommend you chose another company for any of your Covid tests. Also paid a crazy $150 for quick results and ended up almost missing my flight due to the companies failure to send results on time. We arrived at 8 for our appointments and nobody was in. We called the 800 number and they tried calling but couldn't get through either. After 20 minutes of waiting we left

I called Maddison and finally she helped me to get compensation. I won't leave you a one star review if you have someone taking care of my issue when I called/chatted/emailed at the beginning. So now I can only updated my review to 3 stars. The result was not sent to me within 18 hours as they promised. I complained about it asking for compensation, but they never replied. I paid $149 out of pocket because I need the result within 18 hours, and this is totally unacceptable
