I scheduled a pre travel PCR test with them about 1 month ago. 3 days prior to the testing day, I confirmed with their rep and was told all good with time and location in Fresno premium health. We could not find their testing center with the address provided. Their reps were so confused while one told us to look for a nonexistent blue table outside the building and another told us sorry someone should have called since that site was closed.
