This office or hospital is very dishonest. In February of 2023 I took a Covid test by CHORI, Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute on Martin Luther King St at 57th St in Oakland, CA. I scheduled an appointment and I distinctly remember the message saying to entering on 57th St. When I arrived, there was a line forming at booth on MLK St. I mentioned I made an appointment for a Covid test and asked I I was at the right place. This had me giving a 5 star review over a year ago, and I NEVER wrote a review. This was a free drive up PCR Covid testing. I tested on 5/6/22. Their ad says Free, they took my insurance info. However on 11/30/23 this company sends me a bill for $59.01. 18 months after my test!!!! Never Never go to this company!!!!

I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the phone number provided. Nor was I called back as the automated recording said I’d be. Online scheduling was smooth. Too bad the site allowed me to schedule somewhere that hadn’t been offering onsite testing for several months.
