GREAT TESTER. HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION! FRUSTRATING!!! "Premium" Health? Maybe they should call it Grungy Health. Their "testing site" was actually a parking lot behind a bunch of closed stores (not in K-Town) with a very nice Medical Assistant named Luis Carbajal in his own Toyota SUV. We got there for the appointment time but there was no "testing site." We called the 888 number of Premium Health and they said he was late. We waited a half hour. He didn't show. I have nothing but positive things to say she was super nice with us and was so helpful as we where trying to fill out our info and also keeping our son entertained I would give 100 star review we need more people like her I forgot to ask her name And the process was easy hands down great experience!
