Easy-peasy...drove up, tested and drove out.
The Premium Health rep that was supposed to be there to swab my nose for a travel-related PCR test wasn’t at his post. I had to wait for half an hour despite of having a set appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment in the first place? Had to call the office 2x to make sure that they contact the person’s manager to get that person to show up on his post. Quick and easy. Surprised it was outside but test results came fast. They did mess on some birth years since I came in a large party. But they fixed it after calling.
They were right on time, the young lady knew exactly how to instruct me as what to do. She took the 2 samples and that was it. Very efficient! I came back to your facility after receiving very nice treatment and results with my grandson earlier this month. Thank you
