Word of advice: Be sure your quote includes "both" materials and installation. Mine did not. I was already to proceed forward with this flooring purchase, when I caught this ommision on their quote. Once this error was corrected, the cost jumped up over $4,000+. Their sales rep did not offer me a discount for this error. Plus, the material I originally chose was not even in stock. However, if you have installation ?'s, Pilo is a very helpful representative and really tries to help his customers get the info they need.
Pilo @ Premium Flooring has been SO helpful. Pilo has helped me find solutions to some flooring issues. He's gone over and beyond to help me get a fair price and a good product. Thanks, Pilo. Paul, the manager, also helped me resolve a miscommunication.
