AVOID PREMIUM ESCROW Going through the escrow process with Premium Escrow. The experience has not been very positive. They do not communicate with the client the status of your loan or your escrow. It would appear that they get paid well for doing as little or no work as possible. I would advise homeowners to avoid Premium Escrow if you have a choice. Shame on you Lysette.
No hassle We used Premium Escrow to close on our house and they did a fine job. We never even had to go into the offices; they handled everything by messenger with a minimum of fuss. If you do go to their office, they are located in Arcadia in some plush offices. I'd definitely use them again if we ever sell our house.
