Stay away from this company! Shane came out and gave me an estimate of $15,500 (Labor work only). He confirmed that he won't be able to drop the price after going back to the office and running his numbers and said the owner agreed to honor the price of $15,500. After I said lets move forward, I was told that he will send me the contract the next day. I've called and texted next day to follow up on the contract and got no response. Last month I contacted Shane at Adelphi to help my elderly parents explore adding and ADU. After dealing with other other remodeling companies, I was relieved that my parents were being taken care of.
