Worse experience every!!! So i had my wind shield cracked on my Lincoln town car 99', took it to premium auto glass had it fix and 2 days later my rag top falls off! keep in mind i have had this car for 5 yrs. now, never had a problem with it. Took it back to them and they just didn't want to take no responsibility for it or even find a solution what so ever.
