Worst place ever to deal with. Anthony runs the sales department and his wife Valeria runs the loan department. They are crooks. Two cars that I purchased from them died before the end of the payment cycle. The only way they would forgive my loan was if I bought another car from them. No way. I called this week to ask if they'd just come repossess the car and they still kept trying to charge my accounts. I make my payments on time it’s actually setup for recurring payments. My car is not starting i am stuck. The person who sold me the car is reading my messages and not answering. I have contacted PassTime and they don’t see my acct. i will be reporting you to the BBB and CFPB this is ridiculous

This location can do a better cleaning job..especially the front where customers sit..some ceiling tiles still not replaced..when it rains it comes down on the customers..
