They've rescheduled with me twice and I was patient. GPS took me to the wrong bldg, which made me about 12 mins late to the appt and they refused to see me. Talking about a strict 10 min grace period, which is not posted anywhere, nor was it ever told to me when I booked the appointment. Most doctors will allow at least a 15 min grace before refusing service. They couldn't be patient with me and this was my first time visiting them. But that's my last as well.
