Unresponsive and Unreliable — Had to Go Elsewhere Romanna Aziz completely let me down as a provider. I’m a clear medical candidate for GLP-1 treatment (like Trizepatide), but she showed zero urgency or initiative. Despite multiple follow-ups, she failed to move forward with the prescription or paperwork. I always feel welcome whenever I come here! The staff is amazing and friendly, and Dr. Aziz is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen!! She takes time to listen to you and to understand you and to help address everything that’s going on. She is ever so patient and kind! Definitely recommend!
Professional friendly service in a timely manner. From the front desk to doctor Aziz, you are treated like you matter and not like a number. They are conscientious of your time, but also take the time they need to get to know you and address your issues.
