I went for braces and when it was time for my appointment they canceled. Now the office is temporarily closed. I haven’t had treatment for 1 year.
I was a patient at their Baltimore location from 2017-2021 . The state covered my treatment up til COVID hit and I was supposed to have my braces removed Early 2020 after my 21st birthday Leaving me to only have to pay for the last 2 months of treatment out of pocket. That didn’t happen I could never get through to get an appointment . When I finally they told me I had to basically restart a treatment. Business has been closed since summer of 2024. They closed suddenly and have made no contact with us since. My son has been without treatment for his braces since and we have not gotten an update. Apparently this happens often at this practice. Disgusting service! AVOID!
This business is very unprofessional. They removed my son braces in June 2024 and never gave him his retainers. The business closed down apparently I’ve been calling and emailing since July. I haven’t gotten a response. This has cost my son teeth to shift. And I now have to pay out of pocket for his retainers. I’ve contacted Amerihealth Insurance according to them Premiere orthodontist still needs to give my son his first pair of retainers. I wouldn’t recommend this place of business to anyone.
Fantastic outcomes! I wore braces for approximately three years, and my journey was truly delightful. The staff was friendly, and my orthodontist proved to be exceptional! Thank you :)
