RecommendedBeside being one of the best salons in southern Wisconsin, (just ask all of us who travel an hour for our appointments) they really care about their clients. They do this by continuous professional training and staying on top of the latest trends. The environment is warm and friendly, where many of the clients visit while their hair color is being applied. Can’t say enough of why you should make this your permanent salon.
Sometimes someone does something so nice that you want to share it. Thank you to Karol and Barb for fitting me in today. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant the world to me. Thank you 🤗
I have never had a bad experience in this salon over a span of 20 years! Whenever I’ve had an “emergency” they have always accommodated me! Most recently, yesterday, my 6 year old triplet grand daughters were in town (a last minute visit) & Barb graciously found time to squeeze them in for much needed hair cuts. ❤️ “Happy Hair Judy”

If I could give zero stars I would. I got my eyelashes permed and tinted on a Friday, followed the aftercare instructions above and beyond, but my lashes were back to normal by Saturday night. This service is supposed to last 1-3 months. I called and now the owner is refusing to refund me. She did offer to do them again but frankly after her attitude I will not go back. I just want a refund. This "policy" is not posted nor did I sign any agreement. If I am not refunded promptly I will be going to the better business bureau. ... read more
