My experience with Premier Management has been extremely disappointing. After moving out of my commercial space, I completely emptied the building. I left nothing behind, including trash or debris, and the floors were left in good condition. I was then charged $300 for trash/debris removal and $1,100 for general floor cleaning, totaling $1,400 deducted from my security deposit. I was renting a house through Premier for two years until I had to move for my job. I must say that my business with Premier was fantastic. Both Ashley and Jessica are extremely friendly, helpful and are probably some of the nicest people I've ever met. The maintenance crew are also great. Their response time for service calls is very good. If I ever find myself in the Longview area again, I'll definitely be checking with Premier first.
