Several Classes Cut! – The classes have been great. That's why I have been going there forever. The body sculpt classes and Debbie's fitness classes are the best. It's been like family and everyone is so encouraging. But everything has changed wit the new management. They have cut several classes that I love. I hope this does not continue! I've loved this gym for years but may have to leave because it is just not the same.
Great classes, bad management!! – There are a lot of great things about this gym: the classes are AWESOME! Karen's boot camp, the body sculpt classes, Debbie and Whitney's step classes... they're all top notch and really make PLF stand out among other gyms. I love that this gym feels like family and everyone is so encouraging.
Being Challenged by the BEST!!! – If you enjoy being pushed to the limit and gaining results at the same time, you really must try some of Lana's classes! I have gone to this gym for almost ten years and have pretty much done my own thing until Lana challenged me with her sculpting and Bosu classes. Both are pretty intense. Great Women's Gym – I've been a member at Premiere Lady for years and I love that it's a low-key, no frills, women's only gym. Women of all ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcomed. My kids love the childcare and are welcomed by name! Good variety of classes and great instructors!!
Terrible services – Customers are required to clean up the shower place after taking the shower because the facility could not effort to hire the cleaning services.
Best Kept Secret in South Austin – I've been a member here for a year and LOVE this gym compared to others. I never thought I'd like a gym just for women, but there's a sense of camaraderie and friendliness here that I haven't encountered at other gyms. The clientele is diverse - a wide range of ages, races and ethnicities and the staff down-to-earth.
