I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. My health insurance company has tried to submit my claim for them several times. Now they are trying to collect $1500 from me. I will never ever go to one of these e.r.'s again.

Total scammers. Never submitted claim to insurance company and then turned over to collection process. Phone number now disconnected.
Another would be 0 star review. Same sort of issues as other reviewers for over a year and a half I have been trying to get this company to send the claim to insurance. I never received a bill until a collection company sent me a letter 8 months after service for an emergency room visit for my child. All other claims had the correct information and were submitted for the same visit, and sent me bills to the correct address.
