I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. My health insurance company has tried to submit my claim for them several times. Now they are trying to collect $1500 from me. I will never ever go to one of these e.r.'s again.

Total scammers. Never submitted claim to insurance company and then turned over to collection process. Phone number now disconnected.
