Pleased with the prompt manner that I got an appointment and that everything was taken care of in one day. The cost of Dental Care is still a sore spot, but not specific to this office. I feel over all, a very good experience.
I found everyone still jovial, enthusiastic, friendly, and receptive; even willing as far as listening to my jokes. The new Hygienist Dawn seems very efficient and businesslike, and Ashley is a welcome blend to the office atmosphere.
Pleasant overall experience. Staff was very friendly without being "overwhelming".Having good knowledge of Dentistry (due to the fact that my fiancee is a retired Dentist from NJ) all was pretty much as I hoped and expected a "new patient visit" would be. Based on just the first impression I would recommend a friend.
I have avoided the "dentist" for 40 years and, my mouth told its own story. Then, I found THE DENTIST, Dr. John- He is all those nice things, patient, gentle, kind, understanding. I had 5 hours of dental work, very little pain, minimal bleeding, NO SWELLING, he actually called the same afternoon of my surgery to make sure I was o.k.- As for Cheryl, that woman ROCKS!!! I had a cap done with no pain and was well informed on the proceedure. Well pleased overall.
