Very professional
Very thorough cleaning with explanations of the various processes employed. Plus the dentist and hygienist answered all of my questions and concerns.
Professional and courteous service from dentist and all staff.
As always the staff was very personable and caring. Thank you Dr. Sam for helping me and making me confident in my decisions on what route to take with my dental issues. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. I used to have such horrible dental anxiety. I love coming to your office. Thank again Diana A.
Even when I show up for a cleaning a little under the weather, I continue to leave in better shape as a result of the fine treatment and the pleasant demeanor of the office staff .... five stars again!

The cleaning and exam were thoroughly done. Having said that, there was no conversation about the condition of plaque or other items in the cleaning process. "Your gums are good" was the extent of the communication. Dr. said "we're watching 2 teeth" and then it was goodbye. Not much care/personality in evidence.
One day "removed"Of course , getting a tooth pulled is not on your bucket list, but things like this do happen. My visitwent very well and when you start by being greeted by Ashley, it gets you off to a good start . Actually had a good time trying get through all this with Cheryl and Dr. John. Now I don 't mean down by the beach atDoc's having a beer good time , I mean making the best of it. Good music, Van the man, Dr. John , Leon Russel,Randy Newman.
