I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this provider have bad breath? No I've never had any complaints Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively
