Incredibly responsive, including evenings & weekends. Solid, long-term relationships with quality vendors. Gets stuff done.
Diana is the property manager for this property. There is a great deal of rudeness and unprofessional behavior on her part. I have tried explaining my problem to her twice, but she will not listen to me. She even hung up on me twice. This is shameful.
Had really positive and friendly interactions with them, and they were very responsive and on top of things, and very impressed with what I’ve seen thus far I look forward to working with them and interacting with them in the future

I previously wrote a bad review (it has been deleted) because I couldn't get a hold Diane. I deleted my review because after talking to her, she was super helpful. She usually gets off work at 4:30, I called at 5:00 pm after-hours, and she answered and spent over an hour on the phone with me. She didn't even mention that it was after hours, I saw her hours on Google maps. I really appreciate that she took the time from her personal time to deal with all the questions I had.
