After waiting over 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I was surprised to be met with a dismissive and rude attitude rather than an acknowledgment of the delay by Dr. Corona. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand that schedules run behind and unexpected situations happen. However, professionalism, empathy, and respectful communication should never be compromised.
