I came across this place by chance. It’s in the same building as my Rheumatologist. One year ago I made an appointment. I was very nervous because I have a medical condition making weight loss difficult and exercise even harder. But Samantha Pugh has been understanding and encouraging through the process. The entire place is top of the line professional. I have lost 60 pounds.
My experience with Premier Weight Loss was a mixed bag. I liked the people with whom I interacted and I did lose some weight BUT I was not warned that if you have had diverticulitis that Zepbound can cause further flair ups of the condition. The doctor I worked with was aware of my history with diverticulitis. Had I been told that this is a real side effect, I would not have chosen to spend hundreds of dollars on medication that ended up sending me to the emergency room. Nice people great place.
I was really excited to come here because of the good reviews. But after coming to 3 sessions, it really feels like all they care about is the money. The appointments feel rushed, you don’t really get nutritional guidance or at least I don’t feel like I benefited from that. The last appointment, I cancelled ahead of time because of unforeseen financial struggles. No one called to reach out to me and see what was going on but they were quick to charge the $50 monthly fee and when I asked about the fee they told me there isn’t... read more
