Tony was very quick to respond to my request. He and his crew showed up the next day on time and were able to resolve my drain issue quickly. I do recommend Premier and will certainly be calling them for future needs.
NEVER FINISHED THE JOB, YARD WAS NOT FINAL GRADED AND SEEDED PROPERLY, TOP HAT FOR THE CLEAN OUT WAS NEVER INSTALLED PER AGREEMENT. SIDEWALK AT THE FRONT PORCH WAS LEFT A MUDDY HOLE AND DANGEROUS SITUATION.CONCRETE SIDE WALK AT THE PORCH NEVER POURED AND FINISHED, I HAD IT DONE AT MY OWN EXPENSE.
I had an emergency and called Tony at Premier. He was out within the hour, was professional and reasonably priced. The work was done quickly AND correctly. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing and sewer needs. I had him come back again when I sold my home and needed some items done to complete the inspection requests. Again, Tony personally came and did an amazing job quickly!!
We hired Premier to fix our drainage issue in the yard. They came out promptly to fix the issue. The crew was excellent and friendly. They answered all of our questions and even explained what they were doing and why. Also they were easy to schedule with to come back out to do the grading and seeding of the yard. Highly recommend this company to family and friends.
Premier was hired by my condo association to work on my drains. The plumber who came out broke my bathroom faucet while he was here and proceeded to leave my home with the water still running. He called me to ask if there was a trick to turning the faucet off because it was dripping. I told him I would take care of it when I get home.
