Really great office, great front office & medical staff, and great doctor. The office is clean and always well kept, communication is great.
Dr. Wong and his front office staff are so wonderful. They are so kind and also take great care of their patients. I have been with them for almost 3 years and have not had one bad experience. Keep up the great work and keep smiling.
My contact prescription expired two weeks ago and with Covid I do not want to go into office and get a new prescription I had asked can you please fill my prescription for new contacts and they declined. You would think that they are willing to work with the customer and reduce the number as much as possible but I guess not. It is not like my prescription was even a month old, it expired two weeks ago! You lost my business. If you can not work with me then I will not work with you.
