I had a great experience at Premier Vision. Dr. Novak was very professional and kind—he took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent options for my care. I truly felt informed and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Goodenberger is also a wonderful practitioner—extremely intelligent and attentive to detail. It’s clear that both doctors genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend Premier Vision to everyone looking for quality eye care.
Had a terrible experience with Premier Vision. Went back three times over months because the glasses I purchased were either of poor quality, poor workmanship or incorrect eye exam. They gave me two exams during this time but either they were incorrect or their company that makes their eye glasses could not get it right. My mistake was I listened to them to give it time for my eyes to adjust to the glasses. My 90 day return time ran out. I should have just asked for a full refund which was over $1,000.
