Some of the staff is very kind. Some of the staff is rude, and insulting. I understand when someone is having a bad day, and maybe have the wrong attitude, thats fine, but you definitely over hear some of the staff make rude comments about clients and over hear there personal life issues. I can tell its a hostile work environment. I honestly dont see this company as a place that will survive the test of time. Im sure there will be a new owner at some point. I know this may sound funny but believe me at my age its not...💁🏼♀️ So, My only complaint is th chairs in the waiting room. im sorry, but as an elderly person with back issues,and then some, it is hard it get up from chairs without armrest. Can you at least give us elderly folks 2 out here? TY. I know others would appreciate too. 😉 Other than that, the girls r nice, Diana being the best receptionist, and Dr. Rad is a very good and kind doctor 👍 who takes his time to listen and doesn't just walk in and out with a 3 min. ... read more
Can never get an answer from this place when I call. Replace your receptionist if she can’t answer the phones.
I've been going to Dr. Rad for over a year and he's very attentive and compassionate. I just went for a PAP smear today and I was nervous because of past traumatic history and Dr. Preet was super sweet and talked me through the whole thing and was over super quick.
The one star is for the fact that no matter how many times you call this facility. No one answers. There was a time when you could ask for a callback. But something changed to a recording asking you to leave a message and no matter how many messages are left, no one has the decency to call back. Considering this is an established facility. This speaks poorly on the staff here
