Avoid this place at all costs, it is a nightmare. I've never had a more unprofessional experience in my life. It took over 3 months to get an appointment here because they "lost my paperwork". After finally getting my appointment, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional - forgetting my appointment time and not answering the door to the actual facility until 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. He diagnosed me withing five minutes without even touching me or looking at my chart and CT scans. Then he went into salesman mode to sell me on a medicine that is over $200 a month. I left with a pamphlet, a video and being more concerned about my condition than when I went in. And out an $80 copay. Complete waste of time.
I'm stuck with these "Cigna In-Network" people because my insurance won't let me go anywhere else. The receptionist keeps putting me on hold, but that is effectively getting hanged up on. I had my prostate removed on December 8th, 2014, so believe me, I need a urologist, AND I NEED ONE REAL BAD BECAUSE I HAVE AN URINARY TRACT INFECTION. But, the receptionist was too busy arguing with me and hanging up on me to take the time to figure out just how much pain I was in.
