The doctor (Sharma) was nice, but he spent well under 5 minutes with me to write a prescription, so you can imagine my surprise at getting a bill for $140! That's like $1500-$2000 per hour! I wrote a letter explaining why I thought it was unreasonable, expecting that a reputable company would explain things or offer some kind of compromise, but instead they merely sent another bill with a finance charge. Took care of my three year old right away when we went in for a high fever. Doctor was quick to see her and they even gave her a stuffed animal to take home. Girls up front were very friendly and kind and helped give me directions over the phone when my GPS wasn't working. It would have been nice if they were able to fax over her prescription for me rather than giving it to me to take in but overall I give them 4 stars.

Do not waste your money here!! Doctor misdiagnosed me and the office refused to help which left me with more bills and stress.

The staff and doctors at the urgent care are wonderful. Dr Sharma is very nice and compassionate. I wished he was a primary care doctor because I switch to him in a second. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes. This is definitely the best urgent care in the Springs area.

It was a great experience, the fastest I've ever been seen by any doctors office. Was being seen for the shingles, he diagnosed, treated me and give me the medication I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Because I didn't have to wait for an appointment at my doctors office, I symptoms were very slight to none. Thank you Dr. John

I've never been to a place where the all the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Front desk, nurse, and doctor. It made me feel at ease, I wasn't their for anything major, just a RX. I only wish this was a primary facility, so I can go back all the time.

This urgent care just opened but I heard good things about it from my neighbor. Took my son in when he became pretty sick. The place is wonderful and very clean. The staff was friendly and got us to an exam room quickly. Wait for doctor was short (we were in and out in 20 minutes). Turns out my son had strep throat but with the antibiotics got better quickly and enjoyed the rest of his school break. Spreading the word that they are great!
