Went in for a Lyme disease flare up, was seen quick and sent on my way. As this is a yearly problem I get the same prescription every time. However, after picking up my prescription I noticed they only gave me enough antibiotics for 10 days. After calling and going back and forth they refused to properly fill my prescription and told me to go to the ER.
Dr. Wagner is great!! I prefer going to see him than my PCP. Actually come to think of it.....I haven’t been in to see my PCP since Premier opened.
Great Staff Rui at the check in desk was great! The nurse was very nice and Dr Levine was Amazing with my daughter (6 y/o patient). In and out quickly.
In and out in 15 minutes and everyone from the front office staff, to the medical assistant to the doctor were kind and personable. Great staff!
We arrived at 7:50 PM. We were informed they accept their last patient 30 minutes before closing at 8:00 PM. Consequently we were denied treatment. How were we to know that they only accept patients till 7:30 PM? Perhaps they should change the hours of operation to inform people that they only accept patients till 7:30 PM. Also when we had called in advance to find out if it accepted our medical insurance, we were told it could not provide that information until we came in and registered.
Walked in and 10 minutes late walked out, severe sinus infection, prescription, great exam, hard-working staff loved it, will definitely go back. And would recommend the place to anyone I know
