Amazing experience here. From the sweet woman who greets you at her desk to the doctors and nurses. The staff here is so sweet, respectful, and caring. I was tested for strep but didn’t have it, so instead of sending me home with advil and brushing it off, Dr. Moore worked very hard to make the correct diagnosis. He was so sweet and you can tell he cares about his job and patients. Thanks so much for the wonderful service, this is my go to care center from now on. Keep up the good work!
Would not recommend you go here! They prescribed the incorrect medicine for my 4 year old daughter and gave her what I am assuming was supposed to be my antibiotic (they were in pill form) and didn't give me my medicine at all. When I went to call they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me and hung up on me MULTIPLE times. They refused to let me speak to anyone who could help me and threaten to call the cops on me. My experience was absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and efficient. I didn't feel rushed. Service with sincerity and a smile is so rare these days. What a pleasant surprise, to receive it at Premier Urgent Care!
