Great dealership. Our company has been doing business with Donald and his team for a few years now. We have accounts with all of the major companies but we prefer this dealer over any of them to get repairs on our fleet. If I had the option to send our lease vehicles here instead of I would in a heartbeat because with the other guys we are always taking trucks back for rework and or they can’t even tell me if one of my trucks is even been worked on yet. Took my RV in to have some Freighliner chassis warranty and PM work done. Asked them to check on a fan that was running in one of the compartments in the rear. When I picked it up they told me the fan covered under was the RV mfg warranty, not the Freightliner. They charged me $290 plus to tell me that it wasn't able to be fixed under warranty. Good Service, Friendly staff. Was able to get me in and kept me informed with updates.
Good prices, great staff. They always are available to work me in.
Incredibly slow service. It took them 10 hrs to just put on a u-joint. With no other work needed or performed. It was 6 hours before they even looked at my truck and 4 hours actual work time. Pathetic excuse for "speedy" service. I'm glad it isn't my money paying for this visit. Customer service was on point though, very friendly staff.
Got my truck right in. And completed the work when they said.
