Took my 2016 Freightliner cascadia that sometimes shifts in neutral while’s driving took it over to this place, they quoted me 6000 to fix, 3000 down payment, they had a split pin and clutch replaced, that made the situation even worse. Manager told me to replace more parts not sure what the problem is and can’t guarantee me after throwing parts that will fix issue. to cut a long story short I took the truck worst than before, thanks to Josh J. Who got me 1500 out of 3000 down payment back ,he was very reasonable and good go... read more
Just wanted to say thanks to Craig and the Premier Truck Group Dallas mobile team. They really helped us out when our truck went into derate. Craig knew exactly what he was doing and got us back on the road quick. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them!
