Definitely upset the time it took them to get the truck ready to go again. Truck was towed there sep 29 and truck was not ready till sep 18 2025. I received a call from the company to pick up truck. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong because I don’t want to deal with any dealer at all unless it’s a regular shop.
I always get the best service when I come to buy parts. Almost never they say they are out of stock. They go above and beyond to help and save you money especially when your mechanic told you to buy everything and anything. Go see Mr Ronnie
They where great fixed our problem and off we went
If you’re calling to get parts, never call here, I can’t tell you the amount of times I have sat on hold waiting for a parts representative for 5 to 10 minutes just for them to hang up on me. It gets old really quick and I’m done. The fact that these people do this at a dealership level is embarrassing to the brands that they serve. Call for anything else, but just don’t call for Parts.
Called to get a part number for my truck. Was informed they don't give out part numbers. I will never do any business with Premier in any state. That is not customer service.
