I hired Bernard to cut some trees. I have a pool that was covered with winter cover. I asked Bernard before he started to be careful not to drop any Braches on the cover as it might tear it up. He assured me that it wouldn't happen, but it did. I came home in the evening, and there was a cheap blue plastic cover on the pool. I was told the pool cover was torn from the falling branches. I paid Bernard in full, as he was a big intimidating guy, and I did not want any problems. He promised to reimburse me for the cost of the co... read more

Bernard was great at first, his team missed a couple of branches that were talked about. Was promised that someone would be out to get these last branches I got the run around a couple of weeks until I was informed he wouldn’t be sending anyone because it’s my own fault for wearing a crop top at a “site” aka my HOME. I simply was too much of a distraction.
In July 2021, a terrible storm hit in Farmington, Michigan. My Father’s house was a war zone, trees down, debris everywhere, house damage and vehicle damage. Premier Tree Care was casing the neighborhood preying on people in a desperate disaster. We spoke to the Owner, Bernard Johnson, as he circled the neighborhood drumming up business. Details were discussed and we made the decision to have his company to perform the removal and clean up.
