BEWARE! I would give zero stars if it were an option. If you have any other choice other than this title company then go elsewhere, you'll be happier for it. The closing of our home was made a fiasco by the owner of this company, Jennifer Smith. Not only was she completely dishonest on a continuous basis but lazy from the get go on getting her part done. didn’t realize how horrible this company was until I went to sell the property I bought in 2013. After closing I got the warranty deed, and noticed the name of a dead relative of the sellers still on the title. I called and they insured me it would be taken care of and they would file it’s for me at the recorders office. Life was crazy busy and I never really thought about it again.
