BEWARE. Their main goal here is to pray you miss a payment and auction your belongings off. I havnt missed a payment in years and I switched debit cards recently and forgot to update them with the new one. TWO WEEKS after the payment date I get a message saying my unit is being put up for auction. Unbelievable. I could see a couple months, but that time frame is criminal. They have fancy little locks you can use with your phone. About the only good thing I can say about this place. Ill be getting my stuff out asap.

I had a terrible experience. I rented a unit for 6 months, I saw a couple of bugs while moving my items in, I contacted management but they only put down two sticky pads. By the time I went back to pick up my items everything was covered in mouse droppings, I didn’t store any type of food at all, furniture and household items only. All of my items stick of mice and a lot of item were damaged. I found a dead mouse stuck to my desk. I’ve use a storage unit before but never had this problem. I rented out a unit for about 4 months and paid extra for the ventilation. I never received the ventilation , when I came back to get my stuff from storage it had a horrible smell and it was mice droppings everywhere.. my furniture was hard and discolored from the lack of airflow.
