I had a terrible experience. I rented a unit for 6 months, I saw a couple of bugs while moving my items in, I contacted management but they only put down two sticky pads. By the time I went back to pick up my items everything was covered in mouse droppings, I didn’t store any type of food at all, furniture and household items only. I rented out a unit for about 4 months and paid extra for the ventilation. I never received the ventilation , when I came back to get my stuff from storage it had a horrible smell and it was mice droppings everywhere.. my furniture was hard and discolored from the lack of airflow.

Not secure: Keyless locks mean nothing to cutting tools (same ones that steal catalytic converters). Bad customer service: Lies and refusal to take responsibility for mistakes or intentional oversight. Too combative for a small town independently owned business. The prices are the same as the other storage places around, plus you don't get any additional benefits or conveniences (not climate controlled, no insurance coverage or acceptance of liability for any reason, no after hours assistance, etc).
