This dentist office commits billing fraud towards patients, ***** the office is staff is unprofessional and extorts patients money by charging $100 cancelation fees and allowing improper billing of patients primary and secondary insurances. It's a shame that the dentists and hygenists good work is overshadowed by the incompetence of the office staff.
RecommendedDr Jean and his hygienists and front desk are all fantastic! My 3 teenage boys and I have all seen him for cleanings. Dr. Jean and staff are very friendly and efficient and I trust him. I highly recommend!
By far, amongst the best service in Charlotte. The level of camaraderie and professionalism exceeds that of ones expectation. Again, profoundly appreciate the atmosphere and all that it encompasses.

First root canal....didn’t feel anything! This doctor numbs great! I needed a root canal and a crown. I used my health savings card. Great staff! I would definitely recommend to anyone with a sensitive mouth. Also, the doctor is very professional but friendly. Thank you Dr. M. Jean!
My children had their appointments Pre COVID so the appts were in August they were there 20min before time and remained thirty min after time and NO ONE ever answered the phone or the door. I was in the office today in pain and my 💰 were low the receptionist and dentist at this office really helped me. I recommend if your having tooth issue you go to Permier Smiles the entire staff was nice and made me feel welcomed. I can say I’m no longer afraid of going to the dentist 🦷

Expensive and poor services New staff.. New dentist... Dentist is horrible!!! Impatient and inconsiderate. HE OVERCHARGE FOR A TRASH SERVICES HE PROVIDES.
