I had a skunk situation not too long ago and Frank got ALL of the smell out. And my car honestly looked cleaner than when I got it from the dealership. I have two large dogs that shed like nobody's business and he got the hair out like it was nothing. Very good communication and very happy with the job he did. Will absolutely be using him in the future!
Pretty upset. My car was delivered from the dealership messed up with tar and yellow road paint all over. I was having the dealership pay for the damage but they didn’t like the prices I was getting from the repair man. So he contacted this place and they gave him a better price. I had to drive 2 hours away. When I got there I didn’t feel comfortable letting my car get “fixed” by a detailer, and I told the manager I’m backing out.
