I had my roof replaced by Premier Roofing in 2017. By 2021, the roof started leaking again, so I called them for repairs. Now, in 2024, the roof is leaking once more. It seems there's a reason their workmanship warranty is only three years. My roof is relatively small, with a total area of just 18 squares according to the estimate sheet.
