Steve came out to our place in Plymouth for a free roof inspection and was super easy to work with from the start. He helped set everything up with the insurance adjuster and kept us in the loop the whole time. we got approved for a brand new roof and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected.
Great coordination and execution
Had to have my roof totally replaced because of previous shoddy work by another company. The workers worked hard through ugly weather. Cold and rainy. But worked hard when they could. Cleaned up the area very well. Steve, was great to work with and guided me through it all.
Adequate roofing job. There was quite a bit of shingle debris around the house, including in the microwave vent, HVAC vent and anything left outside. I would have liked better communication about timing (when they would show up, who to talk to, when the dumpster would be removed, when gutters would be installed) and attention to detail in general.
