A very positive experience. Premier conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and worked with my insurance company to begin the process of replacing the roof and rain gutters. Premier has a very refined and user friendly application that carries their customer through the entire process of the replacement, insurance questions and answers, and billing. Premier Roofing was awesome in delivering, showing up at the scheduled time and replacing the entire roof very timely. The crew was extremely efficient . The clean up was awesome. Christian Nezebeth was extremely helpful in all aspects of the negotiations . I recommend Premier Roofing .

Our new roof was not approved after our first inspection. Nolan and the Premier team did a wonderful job pushing our insurance perform a second inspection and we were approved. After approval, the time from insurance payment to our home being roofed was less than two weeks. The new shingles look great and the install appears to be high quality. The only down side was, we were out of town when the install was completed and there was no follow-up about the install, clean-up or next steps.

Update to my previous review. Michael from Premier stopped by this afternoon and we did the final walk through and he picked up the extra materals.

Premier roofing did an excellent job on my new roof and gutter guards. The roofers worked so hard ,were very pleasant and cleaned up exceptionally well. Kevin, my representative, was exceptional being promptly responsive to my questions and offering help if needed.
