Our contract with Premier Roofing stated they would replace all damaged timber and we would pay for the wood, however, they left all the rotting facial boards in place and put on the shingles. We had to pay a different contractor to replace the rotten facial boards, which was much more difficult to do because the new shingles had already been installed. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I saved 10 yrs to buy my first house and former owners chose Premier to do a brand new roof. There is an actual hole in my roof over my garage. They didn’t even clean up the edges of the roof or the trash. Called to make an appt to fix these issues and he never showed up. Now my calls just don’t get answered. My roof was done Oct 2024 and there is already water coming in. EDIT/UPDATE: It’s even worse than I thought! There is an actual hole in my roof over my garage. They didn’t even clean up the edges of the roof or the trash. Called to make an appt to fix these issues and he never showed up. My experience was far from satisfactory. The job was completed with noticeable sloppiness. What has compounded my frustration even further is their after-service—or, more accurately, the complete lack of it. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them for a callback to discuss and rectify these issues, my calls and messages have gone unanswered.
