We were new to the reverse mortgage world . After seeing commercials from a major reverse mortgage lender decided to give them a call and after talking to them and what they offered decided to look elsewhere . I found Premier Reverse Mortgage, LLC called them and from start to closing it was a very positive experience and would recommend Matt 100%. he was a pleasure to work with.

While my experience is not a standard reverse mortgage story, I think it says a lot about the expertise and professionalism of Matt N******* and Premier Reverse Mortgage. I did not use a reverse mortgage to refinance a home, rather I used this product to purchase a condo. I found this a most useful tool to counter the increasing onerous income requirements and escalating monthly increases to rent an apartment. I agree with everything the previous reviewers wrote. Matt N******* is a true gentleman, and he knows everything there is to know about reverse mortgages. We went through the process in 2016, but I received a terrible appraisal. Matt was so kind to me when he knew I was terribly upset about the appraisal. He had worked so hard with me, but never said an unkind word when it all fell through. He assured me that if I decided to try again, he would be there for me. And he was! My husband and I had a very positive experience with Premier Reverse Mortgage and Mr. Matt N******* . My husband did the leg work on finding the best company to work with on our refi. I took care of getting Matt the details. We both found him very easy to work with. He kept us up to date throughout the entire process. He promptly answered all of our questions. I am a retired real estate lawyer who has seen thousands of mortgage transactions through my career.
